Mechanical characteristics:
Connection force: measurement shall be made after connecting and disconnecting using standard plug gauge 3 times; performance: 0.3~2Kgf
Disconnection force: measurement shall be made after connecting and disconnecting using standard plug gauge 3 times; performance: 0.3~1.5Kgf
Terminal strength: a static load of 300gf shall be applied to the tip of the terminal fof 15 sec. in any direction
Performance: electrical characteristics shall be satisfied without damage or excessive looseness of terminals
Life test:
Endurance without loading: connection and disconnection shall be made with the mating plugs and jacks for 5,000 cycles at a speed of 25 to 30 cycles/min.
